  1. All the Pak Post Staff is illiterate and unsupportive.
I went to Pak Post Morgah and Pak Post DHA Phase 1, they refused to give me the proclaimed service.
They told me to get a stamp paper and submitt to GPO then they will send my UMS-COD.
Its totally a fraud to claim that we don’t require any account opening procedure.
Pak post have to train their illiterate staff about their policies before uploading on website, to save the time of peoples.
